We know that minor irritations can easily spoil customer service which is why we have some simple priorities to make your French experienece as easy as possible.

  1. When your account is opened please login to the CA Normandie site . It will ask you questions in French, but we have a guide to help you every steps of the way. It only takes 5 minutes.
  2. Download the Mabanque app. If your phone language is in English the app will be in English. Check out the demo by swiping right.
  3. Set up the SECURIPASS option in the app. This will keep online payments secure as you will be asked to validate your online payments in the app.
  4. Set up your Britline international payment account. Organise your transfer and talk to them about regular transfers if you have a pension or regular utility bills to settle.
  5. Activate your card once you receive it. The instructions will be in the letter.

You can now sit back and relax.
