Changing your SécuriCode
You will need to log in to your online banking space here using your 11-digit account number and 6-digit personal access code. If you do not use online banking you will need to contact us.
- Click on the profile icon at the top right-hand side of the screen.
- Select “Mes Infos Personnelles” (my personal information)
- Click on "Gérer mon SécuriCode" (manage my SécuriCode)
- Then “Personnaliser mon SécuriCode” (personalise my SécuriCode). Please note that you will be redirected to the home page if you are not eligible to personalise it.
Step 1 - Confirmation of your mobile phone number (confirmation du téléphone)
If your telephone number is correct, click on “Suivant”. If it is incorrect, please contact us.
Step 2 - Enter the SMS code (saisie du code SMS)
Enter the code received by SMS from Crédit Agricole and click on “Suivant”. If you have not received it, you have the possibility to ask for a new one.
Step 3 - Personalise your SécuriCode (personnalisation du SécuriCode)
- Choose a new code which must contain one capital letter and 3 numbers (no sequential numbers and no identical numbers). It also must be different from your two previous codes (if this is applicable to you). Good to know: You can place the letter wherever you want in the code (e.g 24A6)
- Confirm your new SécuriCode and click on “Suivant”.
Your SécuriCode is now personalised and will work immediately!
You will receive a confirmation by SMS as well as an email in your secured mailbox.
