Validating an online payment using SécuriPass

IMPORTANT: STOP & CHECK! Is the site you are using to make a payment secure? There should be a padlock symbol before the website address and the website address should start with “https”. If you are in any doubt, do not proceed with the transaction.

 

Once you have entered your card details, in order to validate an online payment with SécuriPass you have two options:

1. Click on the notification that you received on your mobile device.  This notification tells you that you have an transaction to validate via SécuriPass and by clicking on it, you will be taken directly to the transaction to validate.  Enter your 4 digit SécuriPass code, click Validate and and your payment is authorised.

 

2. Open the Ma Banque app – you will need to connect using your 6-digit personal access code (the same one that you use to log in online). 

  1. 1- From the menu icon at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, select “My SécuriPass”
  2. 2- Select “My Transactions to Validate”
  3. 3- Select the transaction
  4. 4- Enter your 4 digit SécuriPass code
  5. 5- Validate

Securipass / Securicode

Free download and access to the Ma Banque application, excluding communication costs according to operators. The use of the application requires the use of a communication terminal compatible with Internet access and a subscription to the Crédit Agricole En Ligne service.
