Lost, forgotten or blocked SécuriPass code
- Open the Ma Banque app
- From the menu icon in the bottom right hand corner of the screen select My SécuriPass
- Forgot SécuriPass code?
- Reset my code
- You will receive a text message with a 6-digit code … enter this
- You will receive an email with another 6-digit code … enter this within 3 minutes
- Choose your 4-digit SécuriPass code
- Enter your 4-digit code for a second time
- Your SécuriPass code has been modified
You will receive a text message to tell you that SécuriPass has been activated. If you receive this text message and you have NOT made the request via the Ma Banque app, you should contact us immediately.
