Activating Sécuripass within the Ma Banque app

You are only able to activate SécuriPass(1) within the Ma Banque(2) app. Any other method of activation should be considered as potential fraud and you should contact us immediately.

6 easy steps to activate Sécuripass:

  • Once you have logged on to your Ma Banque app, click on “Activate SécuriPass”. 
  • You will then have 5 minutes to activate SécuriPass by clicking the link you will receive as a text message to the mobile telephone number we have registered on our system.
  • Create your 4-digit SécuriPass code and confirm it.
  • Click on “Activate notifications” and click on “Allow”.
  • Scroll down to see the General Terms & Conditions, tick the box and click on “Accept”.


SécuriPass is now activated and ready to be used for online purchases, adding a new beneficiary, accessing your account online etc.
