Activating Sécuripass within the Ma Banque app

You are only able to activate SécuriPass within the Ma Banque app. Any other method of activation should be considered as potential fraud and you should contact us immediately.

  • Once you have installed the Ma Banque app (you will need your 11 digit account number and your 6 digit personal access code that you use to log in online) click Activate SécuriPass. 
  • You will then have 5 minutes to activate SécuriPass by clicking the link you will receive as a text message to the mobile telephone number we have registered on our system.
  • Create your 4 digit SécuriPass code and confirm it.
  • Click Activate Notifications (so you will know when there is a transaction that you need to validate) and then Authorise
  • Accept or Refuse Cookies.
  • Accept the General Terms & Conditions.

SécuriPass is now active and ready to use.

Free download and access to the Ma Banque application, excluding communication costs according to operators. The use of the application requires the use of a communication terminal compatible with Internet access and a subscription to the Crédit Agricole En Ligne service.
