Damaged card

If your card is damaged, you will need to contact Britline by telephone to request a new card.

Whilst your physical card is being replaced, you will have access to a temporary virtual card (free service). It is automatically created as soon as your new card is ordered and immediately available in our Paiement Mobile app(1).

Your virtual card can be added into a Wallet (Paylib(2) Apple Pay(3)…) and can be used to make purchases via the internet and with your smartphone.

Good to know:

  1. If you do not want to download Paiement mobile to use your virtual card, your damaged card can still be used for online payments until you receive your new card. Please ask for this option when contacting us. It will then be necessary for you to contact us again after receipt of the new card so that the old one can be definitively cancelled.
  2. We will ask you to destroy your damaged card.  

 

(1) The Paiement Mobile is free to download and use, excluding any communication costs that your provider may charge. Use of the application is subject to conditions and requires the user to hold a Credit Agricole bank card, a subscription to the Credit Agricole Online service and a communication terminal with internet access. 
(2) Offer subject to conditions and only available to subscribers to Credit Agricole's online banking service, holders of an account and Credit Agricole personal payment card. To use Paylib, a person needs to specifically sign up for the service and have a compatible smartphone and a verified telephone number or email address. 
(3) Apple Pay is a trademark registered under the name of Apple Inc. Android™.

Sécuripass is a free service (excluding communication costs depending on the operator) requiring the download of the Ma Banque app and a subscription to the Crédit Agricole Online service. Conditions and limits of the service can be found in the General Terms and Conditions of Use available in the Ma Banque app or on request from your branch.
