Cancelling your house insurance
To cancel your house insurance, we will need two documents from you:
- Your signed instruction, confirming you would like to cancel the contract.
- A copy of the “Attestation de Vente” (a one or two-page document), given to you on the day of signing by the notaire.

Your policy will be cancelled as of the date of sale of your property. The rebate of any premium due will be reimbursed to the paying bank account around 15 days later. This could include any monthly debit that is scheduled to be taken in the next 30 days after your cancellation request is acted upon.
