Uploading documents to validate your contract
Your documents can be uploaded through the “Espace Assurance” on your online banking.
- Log into your account using your 11-digit account number and six-digit personal access code.
- On the home page, below your current account details, you will see:
- Click the arrow on the right hand-side of the bar.
- Select the contract that you need to provide a document for. A new screen will appear.
- Click “Mes Contrats”.
- Click “Envoyer mes justificatifs”.
- Click on the cloud icon and then “Parcourir” to upload your document. Please note the types of files we can accept and the maximum file size.
