Uploading documents to validate your contract

Your documents can be uploaded through the “Espace Assurance” on your online banking.  

  1. Log into your account using your 11-digit account number and six-digit personal access code.
  2. On the home page, below your current account details, you will see:
  1. Click the arrow on the right hand-side of the bar.
  2. Select the contract that you need to provide a document for. A new screen will appear.

 

  1. Click “Mes Contrats”.
  1. Click Envoyer mes justificatifs.
  1. Click on the cloud icon and then “Parcourir to upload your document. Please note the types of files we can accept and the maximum file size.
