Ordering a chequebook

You can order your chequebook via your online banking by following these simple steps:

  • Log on to your online banking using your account number (11 digits) and your personal code (6 digits).
  • Click on “Comptes & Cartes” on the top left-hand corner.
  • Click on “Commander un chéquier”.
  • Select the account for which you wish to order a chequebook by clicking on the little arrow (if you have several current accounts).

Then, you need to choose:

1/ Format
-“Chéquier souche à gauche” (Cheque stub on the left) or “Chéquier souche en haut”(Cheque stub at the top): they both include 33 cheques.
-“Pocket Chéquier”: it includes 5 cheques.
-“Carnet de remises chèques”: it is an additional document allowing you to deposit one or several cheques.

2/ Nombre de chéquiers
Enter the quantity of chequebooks that you need for the account – usually, it’s one chequebook per account but you can order 2 chequebooks per account maximum.

3/ Mode de livraison
«Courier simple» (simple letter) or «Envoi Recommandé » (recorded delivery) – We strongly recommend recorded delivery as it is more secured compared to a simple delivery.
There are fees for both delivery mode and you can check them here under “Cheques”.

Finally, you will see the address that we hold for you in our records at the bottom of the page.

If your address is correct:

  1. Click on “Valider”. The chequebook will be sent to this address.

If your address is incorrect:

  1. Cancel your chequebook request and return our details update form by email.
In your email, you can also ask us to order a new chequebook once your address will be changed. It will save you time 😊
Good to know

Usually, your chequebook is automatically renewed with your current account(s) and you should not need to order a new one yourself.

If a chequebook is already under the process to be renewed for your account, you will see the message “Vous avez déjà un renouvellement de chéquier en cours sur ce compte ». In this case, don’t order a new chequebook unless you need 2 chequebooks for the same account.
