Adding a beneficiary

If you need to make a transfer online, you first need to register the beneficiary. Here is how to do so:

  1. From the menu at the bottom of the screen, select TRANSFER then select MY BENEFICIARIES.
  2. Click on ADD A BENEFICIARY.
  3. Enter the IBAN number (a French IBAN number has 27 characters and a UK IBAN number has 22 characters), then click CONTINUE.
  4. Verify the details and add the name of your beneficiary then click ACCEPT.
  5. Validate the request to add a beneficiary and confirm your transaction.
  6. Enter your personal 4-digit SécuriPass code

You will now be able to make transfers to your beneficiary.
