Finding a RIB

Your RIB is a bank slip that contains all the information needed to set up direct debits: 

  • Bank code
  • Branch code
  • Account number
  • Clé RIB 

It also contains the IBAN and SWIFT/BIC code necessary for making international transfers to the account. If you are working in France, your employer will need your RIB information to pay your salary into your current account. 

Finding your bank details takes less than a minute!

 

  1. Log on to your secure online banking.
  2. From the home page, click on “Éditer un RIB” on the right-hand side.
  3. Click on the arrow to see your different bank accounts.
  4. Select the account from which you want to generate the RIB.
  5. Choose the option to edit your RIB: print or send my email.

If you want to send it by email: Enter your recipient’s email address, write your message and click on “Confirmer l’envoi”.

And that’s it! You will receive a confirmation email that your bank details have been sent to your recipient.

  1. Log on with your personal code (6 digits)
  2. Click on “RIB”.
  3. Select the account from which you want to edit your RIB.
  4. Click on “Share my banking details”.li>
  5. Choose the way you want to send your RIB (email, SMS etc.)
  6. Send it to your recipient following the instructions on your smartphone.

And that’s it!
