Accessing your online documents

1. Log on to your secure online banking.
2. Click on ‘Documents” from the menu.
3. Click on “Accéder à mes documents ».

A green spot indicates that a new document is available.

1. Select the heading you want to see (bank statements, savings, mortgage, insurances etc.)
2. Click on the little arrow to select the document(s) you want to see.
3. Click on the little PDF icon to download your documents.

Please note that the download time is 30 seconds between each document.

1. Log on with your personal code (6 digits)
2. Click on “Menu” at the bottom of the screen.
3. Click on “See my documents”.

You will see your most recent documents and a green spot will indicate when a new document has been received.

1. Click on “Voir tous les documents” to display all your documents.

If you are looking for a specific document: scroll down on the main screen to see different categories (Comptes, Assurances, Autres, Moyens de paiement etc). You can click on the one that you are looking for.

1. Click on the title of the document (or the download icon) to download your document.

If you want, you can also add your document in your favourites by clicking on the star.
