Accessing your account online

Once your current account has been opened, you will be able to access your account(s) from your online banking or from the Ma Banque(1) app. 

The first 6-digit access code you receive by SMS (or post) is temporary. You must modify it the first time you log on either on the app or the online banking.

  1. On the Britline website, click on the red “log in” button on the top right-hand corner.
  2. You will automatically be redirected to the CA Normandie website (in French)
  3. Type your account number (11 digits) under “Identifiant”.
  4. Click on the green button “Entrer mon code personnel“.
  5. Enter your personal code (6 digits) by clicking on the relevant numbers.
  6. Click on the button “Valider”.

You will now need to modify your 6-digit code:

  1. Enter your personal code – the one that you received by SMS or post.
  2. Click on “Valider”.
  3. Create a new personal code of your choice.

Your new personal code cannot be your date of birth or a series of consecutive numbers - 123456 or 111111 for example.

  1. Click on “Valider”.
  2. Confirm your new personal code & click on “Valider”.

You will need to use this new access code each time you log on to your online banking or your app.

  1. You can now access a wide range of features through your online banking facility!

  1. Go to the App Store or Google Play store, depending on the type of mobile device you are using.
  2. Download the "Ma Banque" app.
  3. Open it and click on “Log in”.
  4. Select "Normandie" from the drop-down list of French departments.

This is where CA Britline is located and where your account(s) are held.

  1. Type in your CA Britline account number (11 digit user ID).
  2. Enter your personal code (6 digits).

You will be able to use the same personal code when you will want to log on to your online banking.

  1. Click on “Activate SécuriPass”(2).

It’s an essential tool to securely validate your banking transactions from your smartphone. You will always need this code for validating your online purchases, adding a new transfer beneficiary, confirming your identity, accessing your account online etc.

  1. Click on the link received by SMS - You have 5 minutes to activate SécuriPass.
  2. Create a 4-digit code - Remember it well as you will need to use it quite often!

You should never share this number with anyone else.

  1. Confirm your SécuriPass code.

You will now need to modify your 6-digit code:

  1. Click on “Next”.
  2. Create a new personal code of your choice.

Your new personal code cannot be your date of birth or a series of consecutive numbers - 123456 or 111111 for example.

  1. Click on “Next”.
  2. Confirm your new personal code & click on “Validate”.

You will need to use this new access code each time you log on to your app or online banking.

  1. You are almost there...! Click on “Activate notifications” and click on “Allow”.
  2. Accept, refuse or personalise cookies.
  3. Scroll down to see the General Terms & Conditions, tick the box and click on “Accept”.
  4. The app is now set up and SécuriPass is activated.

You will be automatically redirected to the home screen of Ma Banque.
